- Creative projects — scope a game, digital product, Shopify collection, or fan experience with the creator and your team. Custom builds have their own price and timeline.
- Site — the creator's site on their own domain, kept up to date.
- Fan list — one per creator, never pooled, consent saved on every sign-up.
- Messaging — text and email tools connected to the list; campaign writing and sending available on Campaign Support and Revenue Operations.
- Booking links — a clear route for services, sessions, and inquiries.
- CRM sync — every sign-up lands in the CRM your team already uses.
- ManyChat management — up to 10 new or substantially reworked standard flows a month in Revenue Operations, or 5 with the $500 setup + $250/month module. Agreed live flows stay maintained with no active-flow cap; software fees are separate.
- Upkeep — fixes and small changes each month, by a person who knows the setup.

How it runs.

- We get our own login wherever we can, and we write down what we have. Your accounts stay yours.
- Rhythm
- Strategy sessions with your team: a monthly 30-minute check-in on Fan System, a monthly 60-minute session on Campaign Support, or two 60-minute sessions a month on Revenue Operations. We use them to set priorities and review results; your sign-up and link numbers are available any time.
- Approvals
- Anything going to fans in the creator's voice comes to you first, until you tell us it does not need to.
- Exit
- Your fan list can leave with you any day. Who owns any custom work is written down before we start.
