Terms of service
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms cover your use of crossforcreators.com and the CROSS workspace at control.crossforcreators.com. CROSS is run by Endless River (“we”). By using them you agree to these terms.
Client work
The work we do for you, and its price, scope, and payment terms, is set by your own agreement or invoice with Endless River. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Your workspace account
- You sign in with Google, and access is granted per person, per workspace.
- Keep your Google account secure. Do not share your access with others.
- We may suspend access that is misused or that the workspace owner asks us to remove.
What you send us
Messages, files, and answers you send stay yours. You let us use them only to do the work you asked for. Only send material you have the right to share. Never send passwords. We will always ask for an invite you control instead.
Using the site fairly
Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site or workspace. Do not access workspaces that are not yours, or use either to send spam or unlawful content.
Purchases
Planning kits and other products are described on their pages, and payment is handled by Stripe. If something is wrong with a purchase, email slowsie@endlessriver.org and we will make it right.
Our content
The site, its text, and its tools are ours. You are welcome to read, share links to, and use them for your own planning. Please do not copy or resell them.
No guarantees, limited liability
Estimates, CROSS CAM™ results, and planning tools are guidance, not promises of outcomes. The site and workspace are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for anything relating to the site or workspace is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of California. Questions: slowsie@endlessriver.org.
