Creator-led businesses need more than a storefront. CROSS is developing a repeatable digital operating model for the agencies, managers, and incubators building them: audience relationships, commerce connections, campaigns, and launch operations that can scale across a roster.
We start with a real business problem and a defined pilot. Portfolio-scale implementation is scoped individually; this is an emerging offering, not a claim that every integration is already turnkey.
Every creator brand should have its own voice, assets, customers, and rights. The workflows behind launching and supporting those brands don’t need to be rebuilt from zero.
Creator-controlled websites, contact capture, permissions, and links to existing audiences.
Connect products, checkout, content, and launch experiences using appropriate platforms.
Bring customers back with agreed email, SMS, and social-to-owned-channel workflows.
Repeat launch checklists, reporting definitions, roles, and working processes across brands.
Explore how brand count, sales, margins, and launch costs interact. The model keeps GMV separate from gross profit and makes every cost assumption visible.
Launch cost assumptions
Illustrative portfolio model
Monthly portfolio GMV
$120,000
Gross merchandise value. Total sales before costs or deductions; not profit or CROSS revenue.
Estimated brand gross profit / month
$54,000
After modeled product costs; before overhead, marketing, fulfillment if excluded from margin, taxes, or CROSS fees.
Illustrative one-time launch cost difference
$20,000
Independent launch assumptions minus shared-model assumptions. A negative result means the shared model costs more.
This calculator is an exploratory planning tool, not a quote, sales forecast, verified client result, or promise of savings. All values are user-adjustable assumptions. Actual GMV, margins, implementation pricing, scope, and returns depend on the brands and commercial agreements involved.
Start with one real brand and document what's working, which tools already exist, and where effort gets duplicated.
Agree deliverables, technology, access, ownership, measurement, price, and a launch timeline in writing.
Compare actual work and results against the baseline before adapting the model for another brand.
Possible integration work can include Shopify and CRM connections, but purchase attribution, SMS, ManyChat, memberships, and portfolio dashboards are included only when scoped and technically verified. Existing software and usage costs are separate.
We work alongside your talent, management, product, creative, and commerce teams. An individual creator can own their brand and customer information while your operation gets consistent tools and processes.
Every engagement specifies who owns accounts and data, which work is included, who approves campaigns, and how new brands are onboarded. We do not ask for blanket exclusivity or automatic equity just to provide services.
Joint ventures and brand ownership can be explored separately where both sides are truly co-building a company. They are not a hidden requirement of a CROSS infrastructure contract.
Tell us what you’re launching, how you operate today, and what keeps slowing the team down. We’ll discuss a bounded first scope before talking about a broader rollout.
