What happens when you say yes.
Four weeks, step by step. What we do, what we need from you, and what can slow it down. This is the fan-system onboarding timeline. Games, product launches, stores, and custom experiences have their own agreed project schedules.
Your sign-up page is live within 14 days of us getting access, or your first month is free.
Review your existing setup
We review your site, fan lists, CRM, and links, then agree the launch scope in writing and request the access we need. We keep what works and find what needs fixing.
- We need from you
- An hour of someone's time to add us, and a straight answer about who holds which login.
- Can slow it down
- Nobody can find who owns the domain or the CRM login. This is the most common delay, and it is worth solving before we start.
Your site takes shape
We build or refine your website as the home for your offers and fan sign-ups. Your fan database is dedicated to your project; the first version follows the scope we agreed together.
- We need from you
- DNS access for your domain, and the answers from the onboarding call: how you describe yourself, how you ask people to join, what they see the second they do.
- Can slow it down
- DNS held by a web person who does not answer. We can run on a preview URL meanwhile, so this delays going live, not going.
Capture turns on
Sign-ups go live end to end — the form, the consent record, the fan profile in your own database, the sync into your CRM, and tracked links to share. Fans who were anonymous last week start arriving as people you can reach on purpose.
- We need from you
- Approval on the words fans see when they join. We come to you with drafts, not with questions.
- Can slow it down
- A release moving. We work around your calendar, not the other way round.
Your first numbers
What the first weeks produced, in numbers you can check yourself: sign-ups, where they came from, which links worked, how many are in your CRM. The first look is a baseline, not a victory lap — it is what every later month gets measured against.
- We need from you
- Thirty minutes on a call to go through it and tell us what you want more of.
- Can slow it down
- Numbers start when sign-ups do. Pending access or a late launch shortens what the first month can show.
It’s yours. From day one.
- Every account stays in your name or your manager's. We hold delegated access, not ownership.
- The fan list is yours. Ask for it any day and you get a full export, not a support ticket.
- Your domain, your accounts, and your distributor stay in your hands.
- Who owns any custom work, where it lives, and how it's handed over is written down before work begins.
Ready for week one?
The Fan System is $1,000 to set up and $250 a month. Campaign Support is $750/month + $1,000 setup. Revenue Operations starts at $1,500/month + $1,500 setup. The scope is in writing before you commit.
Every plan: Text and email sending volume is billed separately at provider cost, with no markup. These usage charges are not included in your setup or monthly service fee.
