Digital purchase terms

Digital kits are sold by Endless River Studios LLC. Prices are in USD, charged once, plus applicable tax shown at checkout.

Each purchase licenses the downloaded templates to the purchaser for their own projects and client work. You may edit and reuse them. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell the original files or modified versions as a template product. You retain ownership of your original project content.

The kits contain planning guides and templates, in the formats listed on the product page. They do not include implementation, custom consulting, software access, rights clearance, or legal documents. Buying a kit does not create a service subscription or a management relationship.

Delivery is through the download on your confirmed purchase page. Keep your receipt link. If a file is missing, corrupt, or different from the advertised product, contact slowsie@endlessriver.org within 14 days for a working replacement or refund. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. No specific commercial outcome is promised.

Checkout is processed by Stripe. We store the product, payment amounts, order status, and purchase email to fulfill and support your order. We do not receive your complete card details. A purchase does not subscribe you to marketing messages. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion of order information by emailing slowsie@endlessriver.org; transaction records may be retained where required.
